Hema Mullur says just received an apology email from Ulta Beauty after a very poorly worded subject.

After the insenstive Kate Spade Email Promotion the beauty company forced to apologize by judging the response of the fans.

The email’s subject line was 'Come hang with Kate Spade and get $15 off'.

The Joke made, was a reference to Fashion Designer, Kate Valentine Spade's death by suicide.

The company sent a follow-up email apologizing to customers, the brand and the Spade family for the "upsetting mistake."

A spokesman for Ulta Beauty said the company apologized for the email with 'an insenstive subject line'.

The email was intended to promote an online-only marketing campaign.

Ulta apologized to fans on social media, too.

In an apology, retailer called the message 'insensitive'

Twitter users accused the company of using an "insensitive" word that refers to how the fashion designer died.

A Twitter user 'Ambs' says "does.. Ulta not know how Kate Spade died??"

Another Twitter user Betsy says "Ulta sure didn't think this subject line through before they hit send, did they?"

Spade died by suicide when she hanged herself in 2018. She was 55.
